The Internship Department (DDS) of the National School of Engineers of Sousse (ENISo) is an essential bridge between academic training and the professional world. It embodies the school's commitment to training fully operational engineers, aware of real-world challenges, and capable of adding real value to their environment.
Each year, the DDS supervises and supports hundreds of students in completing their introductory, advanced, and final internships. More than just a formality, these experiences are a crucial step in building their professional journey.

Field Intelligence: An Experience Feedback-Centered Approach

At the heart of the DDS approach, the exploitation of field experience feedback is a fundamental pillar of pedagogical quality. These feedbacks are systematically collected from both the intern and their professional tutor.
The professional tutors are invited to share a structured qualitative feedback based on several axes:

• The degree of involvement and professionalism of the intern,
• The technical mastery, adaptability, and autonomy,
• The effective contribution of the intern to the company's missions,
• The relevance of academic skills in relation to industrial needs.

The DDS relies on these analyses to propose, in consultation with the educational departments, targeted adjustments to the training offer.
