Since its establishment, ENISo has continued to grow in student enrollment, teaching and administrative staff, campus size, buildings, programs, research labs, incubator, career center, innovation space, and more.
Teaching Staff
Over the last ten years, the number of teaching staff has remained relatively unchanged due to both new hires and departures. However, the number of senior faculty (associate professors and full professors) has increased, stabilizing at around 20 in the past three years. This growth is due to recent hires and internal promotions.

Human Resources
ENISo started with about fifteen staff members and now has around fifty, including 19 administrators, 19 workers, and 12 technicians.

Engineering Students
In 2005, ENISo welcomed 150 engineering students. Their number grew steadily, peaking at 945 in 2012 due to mass admission. It remained stable until 2016, then declined to 564 students in 2019, with a balanced gender ratio.

Engineering Graduates
Graduate numbers followed a similar trend: 144 in 2008, a plateau of about 280 between 2013 and 2016, then dropping to 181 in 2019. Despite the decrease, this reduction is considered beneficial for training quality and supervision.

Research Master’s Graduates
The number of research master’s graduates fluctuated, peaking in 2017 without a clearly identified cause. However, a significant drop was observed in 2019, likely influenced by job market factors.

Doctoral Students
The number of PhD students slightly increased after the program launch in 2013 and has since stabilized, with a small drop in 2018, possibly due to a decrease in applications influenced by job market trends, especially in higher education.

Campus and Facilities
ENISo’s campus covers about 10,000 m2, including: an administrative building with 14 offices; Block A with 4 labs (one language lab), 3 classrooms, and 6 offices; Block B with 8 classrooms and 2 language labs; a library with two 100 m2 reading rooms; a 250-seat lecture hall; a research block with 38 offices, 3 research labs, and 9 classrooms. The Industrial Computing Department has 6 labs and 3 offices; the Advanced Mechanics Department 8 labs and 4 offices; and the Industrial Electronics Department 6 labs and 4 offices. The Mechanical Hall covers 2,600 m2. In 2018, an Open Innovation Space of 2,700 m2 was inaugurated. The incubator with its 17 offices was set to open in 2020.
