  • Pedagogical Planning and Coordination
Organizing training in various fields, preparing academic calendars, inter-departmental coordination, and overseeing academic activities.
  • Student Monitoring and Support
Ensuring coherence in academic paths, academic supervision, and guidance towards graduation projects, internships, and further studies (master’s degrees, competitions, etc.).
  • Administrative Supervision
Managing enrollments, controlling results, participating in juries, monitoring transfers and equivalencies, issuing certificates and transcripts.
  • Ensuring Training Quality
Coordinating internal and external evaluations, monitoring program evolution according to national and international standards.
  • ISO 21001 Educational Management System (SMOE) Responsible
The Director is also responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving ENISo’s Educational Organization Management System in compliance with ISO 21001 to ensure effective, learner-centered governance.

ENISo offers a flexible academic path allowing students to access professional, academic, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Admission is mainly via the national entrance exam or dossier-based application. From the second year, students can join a Master’s program, and by the third year, they may launch startups through the school's incubator as part of their final-year projects.

ENISo Study Scheme

The training emphasizes fundamentals and interdisciplinarity. The program lasts three years, including five semesters and a final project spanning four to six months, as well as internships in the first and second years. The curriculum evolves with market needs while maintaining stability and incorporating optional modules to address new socio-economic demands.

The education includes three components: fundamental sciences, humanities, and engineering-specific training. Soft skills are a core component. Students are encouraged to develop leadership and entrepreneurship from the start. Each must propose an innovative project, potentially leading to a startup. The process involves ideation, planning, presenting, defending, and obtaining resources to implement it.

In addition, practical work plays a key role. The equipment and tools are regularly updated to ensure alignment with educational requirements.
