The era where the engineer knows everything and understands everyone's needs is over. Today's engineer must be attentive to others and the market. Moreover, it is no longer just engineering schools that innovate. Today, being a decision-maker or a state official requires an entrepreneurial spirit, as it is primarily the business world that governs today's society.
Thus, an entrepreneurial culture must be instilled in the engineering students of ENISo from their integration into the school. It is essential to introduce supervised projects with coaches who follow the progress of these projects throughout the engineering student's curriculum. Ultimately, these projects should lead to innovative job creation ideas in the national and international markets. The incubator aims to offer free accommodation within the ENISo premises, to promote the innovative ideas of engineering students, and to provide personalized support from experts in the socio-economic world in the fields of entrepreneurship and marketing, as well as specific coaching and mentoring for each potential startup project, etc.
Pre-selection for the incubator is done through interviews conducted by experts with first-year students. Specific training will then be dedicated to this elite group of students during their second year, to enhance skills in soft skills, languages, and management studies through the 4C. Idea holders will then be placed in the incubator to receive the necessary support to realize their ideas during their Final Projects (PFE) and beyond.
